As a modern IT company using various digital tools for videoconferencing, collaboration and development goes without saying. These technologies as well as the various locations of the Germanedge companies enable us to be highly flexible. If you want to move to another city or even out of the country for personal reasons: Why should that mean you also need to look for a new job? If we don’t have an office there, remote working is also always an option. International teamwork across our Germanedge locations is therefore our basis of working together – virtually but also face to face as often as possible. Incidentally, the “open doors” concept also works great digitally, even with the management team. If you message your manager, they will get back to you quickly. Yes, the social component is celebrated at Germanedge – also through employee events. For instance, at the headquarters in Munich, the team visit to the Oktoberfest is always the highlight of the year. Work-life balance is not merely a buzzword for us, we try to live it as best as we can. Sponsored fitness programmes or bike leasing are also part of the Employee Benefit Programme, as are special further training measures.
