Condition Monitoring System

Condition monitoring is based on a time- or event-dependent controlled recording of the condition of technical objects (devices, machines, plants, etc.) by measuring variables that allow a meaningful evaluation of the object condition with regard to safety and maintenance requirements in order to avoid unwanted downtimes and the associated production losses. Real-time capable condition monitoring systems can also be used in conjunction with fast-response safety systems to initiate the emergency shutdown of plants and contribute to the clarification of faults based on the recorded data.
